SEASON 2000-01
PROFORMA OF EXPENSES FOR PURCHASE IN PUNJAB, HARYANA, & RAJASTHAN.
1. Commission @ 1%
2. Spot Expenses @ Rs.45/- per bale which includes Jaffery expenses, delivery expenses, brokerage, D/D commission, Loading expenses, Telephone/Telex expenses.
3. Transit insurance @0.18%.
4. Carrying charges as per spot dhara payable after leaving two days from date of pressing as under :-
A) At 2% per month for first 30 days.
B) 2.50% there after.
PROFORMA OF EXPENSES FOR GUJARAT & MADHYA PRADESH.
1. Commission @ 1%
2. Spot expenses @ Rs. 30/- per bale.
3. Transit insurance @ 0.18%
4. Carrying charges @2% per month in case of delay in payment.
5. Taxi charges on actual basis or Rs. 4/- per bale.
PROFORMA OF EXPENSES IN MAHARASHTRA
1. Commission @ 1%
2. Spot expenses @ Rs. 30/- per bale.
3. Transit Insurance @ 0.18%
4. Carrying charges and Late Lifting charges as per Maharashtra Federation's rules.
5. Taxi charges on actual basis or @ Rs. 4/- per bale.
REMARKS
1. Bank Commission & Bank interest payable extra if Hundi is drawn or docuements negotiated under L/C.
2. Spot passing and spot Weighment to be final.
3. Incase of Rail Despatched @ Rs. 15/- per bale extra.
If bales despatched by rail from some other station than truck freight / loading/ Unloading charges will be extra.
